• Where a menu page says the review is still in progress, the list may not show every ingredient, allergen or trace.
• Some items have no ingredient list yet. For those, please contact us and we will tell you.
• Even a list we have reviewed is not an allergen guarantee. We do not guarantee that any dish is free from any allergen.
• If you or a guest has any allergy, intolerance or dietary need, please write to info@caterco.net before you order, or add it to the dietary notes of your quote request.
• We make no halal, kosher or other certification claim.
• Menu photographs are illustrative stock photographs of similar dishes and are not a guide to ingredients.
